MyTime is for all parents and carers of children under the age of 18 who need a higher level of care than other children.
Being a parent is an important job. It's easy to get caught up looking after your child's needs, but looking after yourself is important too.
MyTime is a place where you can unwind, share ideas and experiences with others who understand.
When: Tuesdays (during school terms) | 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Location: Child Parent Centre, Humphreys Street, Mount Lockyer.
What happens in a MyTime group?
It's up to you! Members plan the sessions around their specific needs. Each group has between 5 and 12 members that meet weekly during the school term.
It's not necessary to attend every session - you can choose to go when you have time.
